Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer Standard UK Delivery for all orders. The estimated delivery time for Standard UK Delivery is 3-5 business days. The shipping cost for Standard UK Delivery is £3.99 per order.

Shipping Process: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order promptly. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking: For all shipped orders, we provide tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package. The tracking details will be included in the dispatch confirmation email.

Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders with a total value of £30 or more are eligible for free Standard UK Delivery. The free shipping discount will be automatically applied during the checkout process.

Delays and Issues: While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays might occasionally cause delays in delivery.
